Finish only covered for 30 days

Purchased black stainless model in August 2024. In November 2024, we noticed the paint on the handle was flaking off. Customer service told us the finish is only covered for 30 days after purchase. Our only options were to live with it or purchase a new handle. No guarantee that the new handle would not flake as well.

I love Frigidaire appliances. My last microwave was a Frigidaire and it lasted 15 yrs. The only problem I have with the microwave is that when the door is closed it doesn™€™t match up with the control panel side. It works great, but it™€™s a little lower. Any suggestions on how to adjust the door would be greatly appreciated.

So far so good. Only in use for the past 5 days but everything working to our expectations and more. Seems to heat better than the old one (not at Frigidaire). Like the several choices for fast cooking, i.e. 10 & 30 sec's; and the 1-2-3 minute one touch settings. Price was also a plus. Not 5 stars because nothing is perfect except God.

Inconsistent warming. 2 identical plates and identical food on them. One will be hot in 30 seconds, the next taking 3.5 minutes of warming. This is on a daily occurance. I would not recommend due to either burning of the rewarmed food, or excessiveness of the time it requires to warm the food.

So far, so good with our new 1.6 cu.ft. Over-the-Range Frigidaire Microwave. The interior design is very hip, catching the light in a bright, new way, when the inner light goes on during heating, and when the door is opened up. Sort of sci-fi looking. Of course, it heats everything up just fine, and is easy to use, as the prior model. But the new sleek design is especially nice!
