My husband and I are both pleased with the new refrigerator. We like having the freezer at the bottom since its the area used the least. Theres been more than enough space for our food. Drawers are spacious in the top and bottom sections so were happy with the layout of the inside. We also like the sleek and minimalist exterior. Overall were very happy with our new refrigerator and would highly recommend it

My old fridge was not working anymore so I ordered this one as soon as I was selected for the campaign. The product is similar to my old French door model. One thing I like about it is that the locks for the dispenser are inside the fridge and not accessible to kids. It is a great help for someone like me who has toddlers that love to press buttons. This refrigerator is deeper and less wide than the old model part of it sticks out from the spot. But the upside is that it provides more storage space for items that were difficult to fit earlier. There are three ways you can get ice cubes: one from the outside dispenser one inside and another in the freezer. I dont use ice cubes much. Please cross-check the dimensions of the refrigerator spot in your kitchen beforehand. It also has a Wi-Fi option that shows the temperature of the fridge and freezer and it can be controlled through the My LG mobile application. You can even turn off the cubed ice feature for both the dispenser and the freezer separately.

Ice ends up on the floor

With the exception of ice delivery from the in-door ice dispenser I like the fridge so far. I have had it 4 days. My complaint is with the in-door ice dispenser. Even when using a wide-mouth water mug ice ends up on the floor. It seems unavoidable. I have tried holding the cup against the rim of the dispenser and ice still goes on the floor. I hope this fridge lasts 10 years which is what the salesperson advised I can expect and it is going to get very old having to pick up ice off the floor for 10 years If I had known this would be a problem I would have purchased another brand.

Broke 3 times in 3 months

Do not buy I purchased an LG refrigerator/freezer model #LF25H6330S in April 2025 from National Appliance Warehouse Delaware. The unit completely stopped working in May 2025 which caused all of its contents to be spoiled and discarded. LG sent a repair man who made a repair. The unit again completely stopped working in June 2025 which caused all of its contents to be spoiled and discarded for the second time. LG sent a repair man again but I was not comfortable with this unit and the store intervened with LG on my behalf and LG agreed to replace the unit which was delivered in July 2025. Shortly after the replacement delivery the ice machine in the freezer stopped working which caused the melted ice to leak and puddle on my hard wood floor. I was told the day before the repair man was scheduled the unit had to be unplugged and defrosted for 24 hours which caused all of its contents to be spoiled and discarded once again for the third time. This whole experience was costly replacing spoiled food items three times and inconvenient scheduling repairs. The worst experience I have ever had with any appliance. I would not recommend this product.

So - LG has a 10-year warranty on the compressor. Thats what sold us. Hopefully this will help anyone else looking to purchase an LG fridge. What LG doesnt tell you is after your warranty we bought a 5-year extended warranty through Home Depot is that if the compressor fails they charge you a $398.99 FLAT REPAIR RATE. Our compressor failed at year 4 3/4. The compressor was replaced free of charge under the Home Depot Warranty. Two years after that repair the compressor failed again. This is when we learned about LGs FLAT REPAIR RATE. The technician ordered in advance a new compressor to be shipped to our home before he even arrived. Prior to contacting LG for service/repair we contacted several appliance repair shops. No one would touch the repair for the compressor. Dont even bother trying to send a complaint on their website to the VP of customer service. I did that and received nothing in response. In addition the black stainless steel peeled off after a year of use. This is considered cosmetic and was not covered under either the LG or Home Depot warranty. I will not buy LG ever again. I hope this review will help others.

I have had this fridge for just over a month. It worked well for 3 weeks then it started to freeze contents of my refrigerator. I increased the temp setting one degree at a time and the problem continued. I am now set to 41 degrees in the fridge and it continues to freeze most contents. It freezes a gallon of milk solid. I have had to throw out produce and dairy items. After a week of following LGs troubleshooting guidelines I reported the problem through a chat. The earliest appointment was 5 days out then on the morning of appointment they canceled and rescheduled for another week out. I argued that it is not reasonable to ask my family with 4 young kids to live without a functioning refrigerator. They wont send a replacement fridge until their tech verified it is not working but I have to wait 2 weeks to get a tech out to verify? Complete garbage handling of this situation and forcing my family to live out of coolers in the middle of the summer. At least the ice maker works for now.

Customer service is awful. Apparently there is an extra button you need to click in order to activate the trade in value of an old fridge haul away. The button is not that obvious and if you dont they dont honor the trade in. I requested to speak with a manager and all they said was my manager will tell you the same thing. I would order from another retailer next time.

White powder drops from the water/ice dispenser

The refrigerator has a nice look and is spacious. The primary issue that I have is there is a consistent white residue that drops from the water/ice dispenser. I spoke with customer service and they said this is completely normal and harmless as it has to do with minerals and softening of the water but I am not pleased that Ill have to wipe this up for lifespan of the fridge 15-20 years.

Leveling Difficulty

Purchased and installed two weeks ago. Everything working perfectly so far and cools and operates quietly. Only issue I have encountered is with leveling as front remains higher than back. There are 2 rollers located in bottom front of refrigerator that it already sits on so can only raise front higher with adjustment legs but not any lower. The rear of refrigerator apparently has no rollers or any feet or legs that it sits on. I think would have made more engineering sense to have the rollers located in bottom rear of refrigerator rather than next to the two adjustment legs in front.

The refrigerator came with both doors dented. I was told to call LG and they would come replace the doors. When I called LG they said its a cosmetic issue and cannot replace it without being charged. I paid $1800.00 for new product and its damaged. I am not happy and will never buy from this company again. Horrible customer satisfaction.
