Like others we assumed we would either have to buy appliances online or drive hours and try to figure out how to get them home. After searching and finding out no one would deliver, we decided to check out Black’s Appliances in Yreka. Much to our delight we were able to get them at Black’s for equal to or less than online prices. Moe assisted us with our decision, purchase, FREE delivery and expert installation! We went into Blacks for the first time as our washer broke. Not only were they super friendly and had tons of knowledge about the products they carried when I price checked the washers with the big stores in Medford and Redding Blacks was CHEAPER! We will definitely be going back for any appliance needs!

I recently bought a KITCHEN AID dishwasher from Black's at a great price. I am so happy I chose them instead of traveling to the big corporate stores in Oregon. My neighbors bought a W/D; stove; refrigerator and a dishwasher from Blacks and they raved about the great prices and excellent customer service. Jayden & Travis & AJ were all quick to answer my questions & help navigate me the financing process. Sierra was always kind when I called the store. The delivery guys: Nickolas and Hunter were super helpful and nice. I I highly recommend Black's Appliances !

We purchased a deep freezer a month ago and enjoyed the customer service we received and decided to purchase furniture as well. A couple of week ago we purchased and couch and decided to pick up the couch instead of waiting for the delivery. We showed up and the couch was sold. We were bummed as we had our eye set on that particular couch. BUT the owner apologized and did everything to make it right as the set we ordered would not be in for another 4-5 weeks more. We left very happy with a different couch set and ultimately are very happy. We value shopping local and really appreciate when businesses know how to treat customers. We will definitely be customers for life.

We discovered *after* moving in to our new place that our range had been improperly converted from natural gas to propane, and I'm so grateful to Black's for helping us first diagnose and then replace our faulty oven. They replaced the damaged range with a beautiful new one for an very reasonable price. Service staff at our house were fully masked upon request (which doesn't necessarily matter to everyone, but does matter to us) and they were extremely quick and professional. As someone who loves to cook, having a nonfunctional oven and a barely-functioning stove was a real source of misery and stress for me, and I really appreciate all the patience and help I got from various Black's staff members while I wrangled with our home warranty company to try and get the replacement cost covered. They're clearly extremely busy folks, so I was especially grateful to them for going above and beyond.

I am so pleased with Black's Appliance in Yreka! I bought a washer and dryer in 2019, and now in 2022 I came back for a new mattress. The customer service is amazing. I spoke with AJ on the phone and again in the store to purchase my mattress. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He was a joy to work with, and I'm happy with my new mattress. Every person I've dealt with at Black's has been great. I'm happy to give them my business. I highly recommend them!
